We compare the numbers written in your quotations. We do not assess workmanship, materials quality, or whether a contractor is any good — and nothing in your report is a recommendation to hire or avoid anyone. The decision stays yours.
You upload between two and four typed renovation quotations. We read the line items, match equivalent work across the quotations, and show you where the prices differ and what one quote includes that another does not.
Every scan stops for you to review what we extracted before the comparison is built. You are responsible for confirming those figures against your original quotes. Where you confirm a figure, we treat it as correct.
Your first scan needs no account. Scans two and three are free once you sign up. Beyond that, further scans are a paid feature. Limits are applied per household and we may adjust them, or the service, at any time while it is in beta.
We may suspend access where these are breached.
You keep ownership of your quotations. By uploading them you allow us to read them to produce your comparison, and to keep the line items in anonymised, aggregated form to improve our price comparisons — as set out in how we handle your quotes.
This is a beta service provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that every quotation will be readable.
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a report, for errors in extracted figures, or for any loss arising from your renovation. Your report is one input into your decision, not a substitute for reading your own quotes and asking your contractor questions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
