Your original files are deleted as soon as we finish reading them. We keep the line items in anonymised form to improve our price comparisons. We never store your contractor's name, your quote number, or your address, and we never contact contractors.

When you confirm the extracted items, we keep the description, quantity and amount — stripped of anything identifying you or the contractor. These build a picture of what renovation work typically costs in Singapore, which makes future comparisons better.
We count each comparison as one job, not as several separate observations. Four quotes for your renovation are four bids on one job, and treating them otherwise would distort any figure built from them.
