Typed quotations as PDF, or clear photos of every page. Not handwritten.
Send quotations that add up to 100 pages or 500 priced lines — over as many chats as you like. We check them, then send $5 by PayNow. One per person.
No. We never contact contractors or share your quotes. Cover your name and address before sending if you like.
Your name, unit number, phone number and email are stripped before anything is stored, and the original files are deleted as soon as the report is built. Quotes you send on WhatsApp also stay in your own chat history until you delete them there. More on the data page and in the privacy policy.
Yes. The firm pays your reward and has its name on the report, and every other quotation is set against theirs. Everything else is worked out exactly as in any other report, including where another firm is cheaper. The firm cannot see your other quotations or your details, and cannot change what the report says. It only sees that the link was opened and when your report is back.
No. The findings come from the arithmetic in the documents you sent, and nothing else.
Suppliers we work with directly, checked by hand. Not scraped from the internet.
Tell us which fitting you want. We check today’s supplier price, usually within a day, and message you with it. Nothing to pay unless you agree.
Yes. Every report checks the firm against HDB’s register of renovation contractors. Browse the contractor directory any time.
No. It reads the numbers written in your quotations. It does not judge workmanship or materials, and it is not legal advice.
