Landed homes take Singapore’s largest and most varied renovations, from repainting a terrace house to demolishing a semi-detached and building again. There is no public register of landed-home contractors, so every firm on this page has claimed its listing and declared the work it does. That is why each one is marked self-declared: we review each declaration before it is published, but no licence stands behind it.
Scope is what separates the firms here. Additions and alterations and a full rebuild need a qualified person, an architect or a professional engineer, to prepare the plans, and approval from URA and BCA before work starts. Structural work of any size needs an engineer’s design. A firm that does interior work only should say so, and will work alongside those professionals rather than instead of them.
Each row leads with the scope a firm declares and how long it has been active. Filter by the scope your project needs. Then ask who the builder on site will be, whether the firm or its builder holds the BCA licence the work requires, and how each payment is tied to a stage you can inspect. Compare at least two itemised quotations before you sign.

HDB, window and CaseTrust entries are republished from HDB’s registers and CaseTrust’s published list, and are marked verified. Condo and landed entries, and everything under “From the firm”, come from firms that have claimed their listing; we review them before they appear, but they are the firm’s own statements and are marked self-declared.
Firms are listed in alphabetical order of registered name. No firm can pay for its position, and claiming a listing does not change it. A listing is not an endorsement. Firms that claim a listing never see anything a homeowner scans with us.
