Condo renovation contractors

Firms that have declared condominium renovation work: 0 so far, each marked self-declared.

Self-declared by firms; each reviewed before it appears

Condominium renovation is not regulated by HDB, so there is no public register that says which contractors do condo work. Every firm on this page has told us so itself: it claimed its listing, declared that it renovates condominiums, and we reviewed that declaration before it appeared. The self-declared label on each card means exactly that. The firm stated it, and no government register backs it.

What carries weight in a condo is the management corporation. Most MCSTs ask for a renovation application before work starts, a refundable deposit, the contractor’s insurance details and work only within set hours, and they can stop works that break the by-laws. Ask your management office for its renovation guidelines before you collect quotations, and give a copy to every contractor you invite, so that you compare like with like.

Each card leads with the kinds of project a firm takes on, from a new-unit fit-out to a kitchen and bathroom refresh. Filter by your district and the type of development. Where a firm also holds an HDB licence or CaseTrust accreditation, those badges are verified against the registers and carry the number behind them.

No firms have declared this yet

Condominiums have no public contractor register, so this page fills only as firms claim their listing and tell us they do this work. Each declaration is reviewed before it appears and is marked self-declared. Until there are enough firms here, use the HDB list, where every firm is verified.

HDB, window and CaseTrust entries are republished from HDB’s registers and CaseTrust’s published list, and are marked verified. Condo and landed entries, and everything under “From the firm”, come from firms that have claimed their listing; we review them before they appear, but they are the firm’s own statements and are marked self-declared.

Firms are listed in alphabetical order of registered name. No firm can pay for its position, and claiming a listing does not change it. A listing is not an endorsement. Firms that claim a listing never see anything a homeowner scans with us.
