All 2,647 firms on HDB's Directory of Renovation Contractors, each with its HB licence number.

Every firm here is on HDB’s Directory of Renovation Contractors, the register HDB keeps of companies allowed to renovate its flats. If your home is an HDB flat, the contractor doing the work must be on this list, and it is the listed contractor who applies for any permit the work needs, such as for hacking a wall or replacing the floor. That makes it the first list to check, before price or portfolio.
Each card leads with the firm’s HDB licence number, which begins HB. Ask any contractor for theirs and check that it matches the registered name on the quotation; be wary of a quotation issued by one company under another company’s licence. CaseTrust accreditation and HDB’s window licence are shown where a firm holds them. Neither is required, but both add protection, such as CaseTrust’s rules on deposits.
A listing is not a recommendation. HDB admits firms that meet its criteria and agree to its rules on permitted works, working hours and debris disposal; it does not grade their workmanship or their prices. Town and flat-type filters use what firms have declared after claiming their listing, never the postcode of their office. Compare at least two itemised quotations before you sign.
Listed alphabetically by registered name. Order is the same for every firm: nobody pays for a position, and claiming a listing does not move a firm.

HDB, window and CaseTrust entries are republished from HDB’s registers and CaseTrust’s
published list, and are marked verified. Condo and landed entries, and everything under
“From the firm”, come from firms that have claimed their listing; we review them before
they appear, but they are the firm’s own statements and are marked self-declared.
Firms are listed in alphabetical order of registered name. No firm can pay for its position, and
claiming a listing does not change it. A listing is not an endorsement. Firms that claim a listing
never see anything a homeowner scans with us.
